The auction will have a soft close which means the bidding could continue after 6pm is no bid activity for 3 minutes. In the unlikely event that there is a technical failure with our website during the auction close, bidding will be reopened at a later time after notifying all registered bidders. In any event the contract signing and the deposit payment process must be completed with three business days following the auction conclusion.
