Description
Auction is now open for online bidding. Live bidding will take place on-site at the cabin and will begin at 12:00 noon Tuesday Nov 15th. Seller wishes to have the first right of refusal for the brick pathway should the building be removed or demolished. There is a non-transferable agreement with Quality Inn to have their directional sign on the Welcome Center property. New owner can speak to Quality Inn about new terms for the directional sign.

This home will be sold subject to the owner's confirmation. By registering in our auction today you agree to our terms & conditions and will be bound by those Terms and Conditions. The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign a Real Estate Sales Contract, Terms & Conditions, and any other documents needed immediately upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of 10% down .
