Welcome to a Yellow Moon Vintage retro electronics & collectibles auction! Sports cards, Pokemon cards, Dragon Ball cards. Vintage electronics, phase linear amp, blaupunkt radio and more. Video games, new horror VHS and more. We offer shipping, local pickup, and door to door delivery.
All bids are a binding contract between the buyer and Yellow Moon Vintage under these Terms & Conditions: BIDS ARE FINAL Bids cannot be retracted for any reason. SOFT CLOSE There is a 2 minute soft close on all lots. If there is a bid in the last 2 minutes of a lot, 2 more minutes are added to the lot. COMMUNICATION Buyer agrees to receive emails, texts and calls from Yellow Moon Vintage, yellowmoonvintage@gmail.com and 503-420-8839. By placing a bid on the auction, bidder agrees to both methods of communication without additional consent. Emails, texts and calls will only be conducted to 1) communicate auction details 2) invoicing and payment purposes. Buyer can opt out of text communication at any time for any reason. Please notify us if you would like us to cease text communications. ADDITIONAL FEES 15% buyer's premium 8.25% sales tax for all Texas buyers unless reseller certificate is emailed to yellowmoonvintage@gmail.com before end of auction. PAYMENT METHODS We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also have a Venmo business account that offers buyer protection for those who prefer payment apps. For those who are picking up locally we accept Zelle, Facebook Pay, Cash App, and cash. INVOICE & DUE DATE Invoices will be emailed and texted to buyers shortly at the conclusion of the auction. Shipping & handling will be included in the invoice for all out-of-state buyers. Payment is due within 24 hours. SHIPPING Bid confidently if you need shipping. We have years of experience shipping vintage items, including fragile and bulky electronics like reel to reel players and CRT TVs. Shipping is all done in-house to offer the most cost effective solution for buyers for all possible items. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be dropped off at the shipping centers. Tracking will be provided as soon as possible. Shipping fees: Exact shipping costs via USPS or UPS. Media will be shipped through USPS Media Mail. Labels are purchased through www.pirateship.com. Handling fees: $5 flat fee for boxes under 5 pounds $10 flat fee for boxes over 5 pounds Additional $5 fee applies for fragile shipments Some items will have specific handling costs listed in the description. Multiple items will be bundled into a single box as space allows. Additional add-ons: Packages valued over $300 require insurance and signature confirmation at buyer's expense. Expedited shipping is available upon request. If a buyer wishes to have an item taken to a local UPS store for their pack & ship service, there will be a $5 flat fee assessed for transporting the goods to the store. Shipping address: Shipping address will be the one listed on the customer's HiBid account. Shipping damages: We are not responsible for any damage which is determined to be due to carrier negligence. In these instances, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. USHIP If a buyer chooses to use USHIP or any other 3rd party pack and/or ship service, the buyer will not hold Yellow Moon Vintage liable for actual delivery of items once the item is passed onto from us to the 3rd party provider. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship packages internationally but buyer is responsible for all expenses beyond the packaging and the shipping label. Packages must be shipped with a tracking number. Some items will be too large to ship reasonably. International buyers should contact us first for a shipping quote before placing a bid, unless they are well aware of the high cost of shipping internationally. PACKING MATERIALS We use high quality bubble wrap and packing paper for most packages. Fragile items may require extra bubble wrap, paper, and in some instances, we use foam core boards to ensure a safe delivery. DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY Door to door delivery available for customers buying more than $250+ of items in DFW metroplex and surrounding cities for an additional delivery fee starting @ $30 for west Ft Worth buyers. NONPAYMENT All nonpaying bidders will be reported to HiBid and blocked from all future auctions by Yellow Moon Vintage. Buyers are rated on a point system by HiBid, and a low score can affect one's ability to freely bid on future auctions on the website. If a buyer is facing difficulties with making payment, contact us as soon as possible to set up an arrangement to avoid future issues with the HiBid platform. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP Items that are failed to be picked up during stated pick-up and drop-off times whether they have been paid for in advance or unpaid will be considered forfeited by the buyer after five business days past last available pick up date. All property returns to Yellow Moon Vintage's sole possession and may be resold in a future auction. We will work with buyers as much as possible to arrange pick ups outside the stated dates, times, and location, but we are under no obligation to do so and pickups are not guaranteed outside of the stated dates, times, and location. INDEMNIFICATION Buyer will defend and indemnify and hold auctioneer and seller harmless from and against all claims and liabilities relating to the condition of, removal of, or use of the items purchased or failure of user to follow instructions, warnings or recommendations of the manufacturer, or to comply with federal, state, and local laws applicable to such articles, including OSHA requirements, and EPA requirements, or for proximate or consequential damages, costs or legal expenses arising thereof. AUCTION INTERRUPTIONS If there is an interruption in the auction due to software malfunction or any other reason that is out of our control, Yellow Moon Vintage will use the backup data to resume the auction. We will not be held liable for any outages or interuptions for any reason. If this happens we will immediately notify all bidders. Bids that have been placed will still be considered binding according to this Terms & Conditions. WINNING BID DISCREPANCIES If there are any discrepancies according to bidders on winning bids, Yellow Moon Vintage has the sole ability to make the final determination. This will be done in according to all data available on the auction. PHOTOS Photos from the listings are the property of Yellow Moon Vintage. Anyone copy/pasting photos to use for reselling purposes or any other commercial purposes will be banned from all future Yellow Moon Vintage auctions.
