Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE 1. Credit card will be charged immediately after the auction closes unless you have contacted us to make arrangements to pay by cash or Venmo BEFORE the auction closes. After card is charged, payment is final. 2. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "Mistakes." We do our best to try to describe and research items, we are only human and therefore prone to errors. 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client or seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or averse comments they feel are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. 10% buyers premium on each item purchased. 6. Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. 7. Payment may be made by venmo, paypal, cash, or debit/credit cards - with a 3% convenience fee. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged when auction ends 8. Loading is responsibility of buyer, bring help if needed. Buyer agrees to pick up their winning "Items" within the time frame specified, or their items will be auctioned off again unless prior arrangements were made between us and winning bidder. You MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICKUP YOUR WINNINGS. Call David at 801-541-1836 to shedule a pickup time. 9. Auction lots won must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the day the auction closes. Any lots not picked up or shipped at that time will be considered "abandoned" and will be re-sold (whether payment has been made or not). If we have contacted you for shipping and we don't hear back from you, your won lots will be considered abandoned after 30 days of the day the auction closes. 10. Shipping and Handling costs will be added if you choose to have your items shipped and they will be the responsibility of the bidder to pay these fee's. If a bidder chooses to NOT pay shipping fee's after their lots have been purchased, they will NOT receive a refund. It is the bidder's responsibility to contact us for shipping quotes before they bid on any lot. NO REFUNDS will be given if a bidder chooses to not pay shipping and handling charges. 11. We charge a $5.00 flate rate handling fee on top of shipping costs. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged. * Payment types that you acceptt are Venmo, Paypal, and Credit Cards (3% fee) MUST NOTIFY before the end of auction if you are a cash or venmo paying customer. Credit card on file will be charged immediately after the end of closing unless notified otherwise. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
