Auction Terms & Conditions - READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY! ALL BUYERS MUST ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION! PAYMENT: Full payment is expected at the end of the auction by Credit Card in USD. NO PURCHASES WILL BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID IN FULL. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 12% Buyer's Premium will be added to the purchase price of each item. SALES TAX: Sales Tax will be charged unless the buyer has a dealer's resale cerificate that is directly related to the industry that is being sold. Prospective buyer should present their resale information at the time of registration. SALE ITEM ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS: Any deletions or additions to the sale will be announced by the auctioneer either before or during the sale. ITEMS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS:" All items in the sale are being sold "as is, where is" without warranties or guarantees and with all faults. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each item. Any statement(s) made by the auctioneer or seller regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer of his agent of their responsibilities. Any dispute among bidders will be settled by the auctioneer at his sole discretion, and his decision and remedy will be deemed final. LOTTING AND ORDER: The lotting, and order, of the auction will be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased when the auctioneer declares it sold. Auction Company is not responsible for security or the security of the items purchased. Auction Company is not responsible for missing or misplaced items. Buyer's assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of purchases (See SHIPPING). Buyers must use insured and bonded riggers where applicable for removal when applicalbe. Riggers must submit copies or proof of insurance and bonding of at least $1 million to Auction Company prior to any equipment removal. Purchasers shall use state-licensed professionals for the removal and/or disconeect of electrical or plumbing and the removal of hazardous waste and shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations. The Auction Company will not be responsible for items that are not removed within the time period allowed. Removal times will be announced the day of the auction. Any item not removed on time, any item(s) left past the final removal time, will be deemed abandoned and the purchaser will receive no refund. Purchaser accepts full responsibility for all costs incurred by Auction Company for removal, storage, and/or disposal of abandoned merchandise. Buyer assumes all responsibility for lots successfully bid on. Neither Auction Company nor Seller assumes responsibility for item(s) after auctioneer declares the item(s) SOLD. Shipping charges will be USPS First Class and determined by weight and distance. Insurance is offered upon request. Multiple purchases will be consolidated. We will be shipping from McKinney, TX and Shipping Rates Will Vary! Express shipping or insurance will be offered upon request and proper additional charges will be applied. Orders are shipped, usually, within 10 to 15 Business Days. ADJUSTMENT OF COUNT: Any adjustment in count must be brought to the attention of the auction staff and settled on the day of sale.
