Description	This Auction will consist of new in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing description. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. Auction Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise.

PAYMENT NOTICE: ATX Auctions will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Shipping / Pick Up

You may pick up your winning items on Monday December 13th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You may also pick up your items Tuesday, December 14th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM If you require shipping, we will charge your card on file for the shipping cost. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We will use the cheapest shipping method possible to ship your items.
