Items have a 5.5% sales tax, and each item has a 10% buyers fee if using cash (14% if using card). We do not accept checks. The auction also has 2 minute soft close. Any item not picked up or payed for by 12/11/2021 will be charged a fee of $5.00 a day. After 7 days property is considered abandoned and there for is forfeted to Schneider Auctions LLC, and no refunds will be given. Buyers need to bring their own help and packaging for loading of items. We also have the right to alter this agreement and terms at anytime before the auctions end.
