Buyer's Premium: All items sold are subject to a 15% buyers premium Acceptance: Final Bid is final sale and is a contract to bring sale to fruition and completion in accordance with terms. Disputes: Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid if deemed unfit and is the final arbiter in any dispute. Auction Company assumes no responsibility for technology, software or computer failure. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of systems failures. Shipping/Crating/Packing/Handling: Everything is sold "as is, where is". Shipping is NOT always offered on every lot. It is up to the buyer to make sure that shipping is offered for the lot they are bidding on. If buyer bids on and wins a lot where shipping was not offered and the buyer requires shipping, the buyer forfeits any payments and the item is resold at a later time. Otherwise the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping/handling, postage and insurance fees.
