THIS IS A CONSIGNED GOODS AUCTION: ALL items are "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. There are NO RETURNS. All items MUST BE paid for and picked up by Wednesday, February 2 by 6pm. $35 storage fee charge per lot / per day if not picked up by then. As well, if they are not paid for and picked up, you could be banned from bidding in all future auctions.
Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Any reserves are between the consignor & the Auctioneer, and are subject to consignor's approval
The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion.
For online bidding, please keep in mind the connection to the internet is not 100% perfect all the time. Connection problems can happen from between our office, to the software servers, back to you and vice versa. We cannot be held responsible for the above possible issues, or for your bids not making it into the system, or in the case of an online and live auction, you not getting the live bidding fast enough, or not at all.
Items won may not be split up on separate invoices and must be paid in full before any item can be removed from the auction.
The hammer price plus the buyer’s premium (15%) constitutes the total purchase price. Sales tax of 13% HST is charged on the total purchase price. We accept Debit, Visa & MasterCard. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CASH AT THIS TIME.
REMINDER: Our staff does NOT assist in the removal or loading of items, they are there to supervise only. You MUST have your own labour and carts to load. We have people on site to supervise removals only.
