No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or imperfections not noted. All pictures and descriptions are believed to be correct. Online photographs are provided for bidders' convenience and shall not be interpreted to create representations or warranties for any items. Ruckert Auctions upon information provided by the seller and makes no independent investigation and provides no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of this information. Ruckert Auctions cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. The bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning, Ruckert Auctions, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items or lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Ruckert Auctions on such matters is final. Once the item has been paid for and is in your possession it is your responsibility. Ruckert Auctions will not make any adjustment or refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Items/lots can be removed from an auction at any time for any reason. As a bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and Ruckert Auctions. A bid cannot be retracted. Any disputes concerning relating to a bid through Ruckert Realty and Auction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any legal actions relating to the services of Ruckert Auctions shall be brought in the District Court in Riley County, Kansas.
