We are pleased to be hosting a Premier Catalog Horse Sale in Ocala, Florida! We are accepting horses of all ages, disciplines, and breeds! The Fall Sale will feature a Preferred Session as well as an Open Catalog Session. Both sessions are open to all breeds & disciplines. *Pre-Bidding is also available to you just as soon as horses are listed here on our Hibid site! Pre-Bidding works just like ebay - you place your maximum bid and the computer will set you in & bid for you at the lowest amount possible to keep you in the lead! This is an excellent option for those with poor internet connectivity at home, those who have to work on sale day, or anyone who is otherwise unable to bid live in real time during the webcast NEW THIS SALE** Ranch Trail Competition on FRIDAY, November 19th! $1000 to consignor of the 1st place entry! New Saddle to the buyer of the 1st place entry! We are very excited to add this alongside our usual preview of the horses! Between the competition and the previews, our buyers can expect to get a GREAT look at the outstanding horses we will be offering on Saturday! Saturday morning at 8:30am EST we will have a Special Demonstration for Preferred Session horses only. Open consignment demonstration will follow. Please note that there is a 3.75% charge on all credit card purchases. 5% Buyers Premium applies to ALL winning internet bids 1. Horses sold in our auction as SOUND are guaranteed for 48 hours! This soundness guarantee means no crib, no weave, no parrot/monkey mouth (overbite or underbite), sound of wind, and sight with no impairment in both eyes. If you purchase a horse sold as "sound" and fine any of the above issues, please contact sale management within 48 hours. ***Please note that failure of a flexion test alone without otherwise visible lameness is NOT sufficient to declare a horse unsound. Conformation flaws such as toeing in or out are also NOT an unsoundness. 2. Sale Management is not responsible for Buyer or Consignor misunderstandings. A recording will be made of the entire auction that may be used to help settle disputes regarding statements about the horses while in the auction ring. 3. Broodmares & stallions - no guarantees are made by Sale Management or any representative thereof regarding pregnancy status, eventual foaling, or fertility of any animal offered in this sale. Final pregnancy status on broodmares will be announced at time of sale and will take precedence over printed material. Any contractual agreements between owners of broodmares in the sale and owners of stallions to which these mares may have been bred are strictly between Buyer & Seller. 4. Announcements made on day of sale take precedence over all previously written/printed material. Buyers are cautioned to pay attention to all announcements from the auction block regarding changes in the sale catalog. If PRE-BIDS have been placed, those bids will NOT be accepted if changes are made in announcements unless Sale Management has been in contact with the person who placed the pre-bid to advise of those changes. This is for Buyer protection as we understand pre-bids are placed based on the printed information available and we want everyone to bid with confidence! 5. All horses in this sale will have a negative EIA (Coggins) test. Health Certificates for out of state travel may be obtained from the Sale Veterinarian at Buyer Expense. 6. X-Rays & Veterinarian Exams are provided on PREFERRED SESSION CONSIGNMENTS for pre-purchase evaluation. No horse will be turned down after purchase because of x-rays or post-purchase examination.
