Earlywine Auctions presents an online-only auction featuring the remaining inventory of Freed's Furniture/DFW in Dallas, Texas.
This is an auction hosted by EarlywineAuctions.com and includes a variety of name brand furniture, decor, and more.
All items are sold as is, no exceptions. All items are extra stock or floor models. Obvious flaws in the items have been included in the photographs listed with each lot.
This auction's first lot is scheduled to close at 6pm CDT Monday August 9, 2021. Auction lots will close every 30 seconds after that. This auction practices an auction closing style known as a soft close. Simply meaning if a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of a lot closing, that lot only will extend by another 3 minutes. A lot will only close if there has been no bidding activity for three whole minutes. The catalog will show the time counting down to auction close. It is suggested to refresh your page often at the end of the auction and to not assume you have the winning bid until the time has ended and you receive your paid invoice.
As stated in your bidder registration, the card you have provided in order to register to bid will be charged automatically at the time of auction close. If your card is declined or you would like to inquire about paying cash at the time of pickup you MUST CONTACT (call/text) JEN @ 765-434-2452 BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES.
The total charged will include your highest bid plus the buyer's premium (16% of your highest bid - this is explained further in the terms and conditions category) plus 8.25% sales tax.
All declined cards/unpaid invoices will have until 10AM the day after auction closing to contact Jen and make payment arrangements or we will be forced to move to the backup bidder on that item.
Item pickup will be August 10th and 11th. Pickup for all items will be by appointment only. Buyer will be contacted via email, call and/or call in attempt to setup pickup arrangements. If the buyer is not responsive, items may be considered abandoned. Abandoned items will not be refunded. Make sure you are aware of the pickup dates before bidding.
Pickup/Loadout Process:
Buyer will call the number provided on their paid invoice to schedule their item pickup.
Buyer will arrive at the DFW/Freed's Furniture building (exact address can be found in the information section and will be printed at the bottom of your invoice) at their scheduled pickup time to receive their items.
Scheduling your pickup allows us to have your lots ready to load when you arrive.
Buyer is responsible for providing tie downs for larger items.
If you have purchased smaller items, bring boxes to load them in.
To schedule item pickup contact Jen from Earlywine Auctions at 765-434-2452. Pickup will still need to be scheduled through Jen even if buyer is using their own deliver service/moving company. This will ensure we can provide a smooth pickup process for all.
Delivery is avaiable for an additional fee starting at $195, delivering to a 25 mile radius from the store's location. Delivery is available outside the 25 mile radius for an additional fee. Someone will be required to be present and sign for the delivery. The delivery company will not be available for setting your items up. Removal of old furniture is available for another additional fee.
All of this information will be included in the email you receive with a copy of your winning invoice.
