Auction Terms & Conditions Once you have Placed a Bid, your Bid can not be retracted.All accepted bids made by the buyer are legally binding and may not be altered or retracted. Please inspect all lots prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard. Sorry, NO checks and NO American Express will be accepted. All items must be picked up on or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Pickup will be on Aug. 11 and 12 from 9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. (PST) The Auction will start ending on Friday at 1:00 P.M. (PST). Shipping is available. We charge the actual shipping costs, no handling fees. Items are shipped from California. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and distance. Adding multiple items does lower shipping costs, but you can expect to still pay more for shipping the items. We provide the following shipping estimates, so you can be better informed. Pants/Jeans are about $8-$10, Tops are usually less than $5. We will provide you tracking information. Buyer is resposnsible for lost or stolen packages. Items that are too heavy or awkward to ship are marked as such in the auction listing.
