These properties are being offered at public auction for the U.S. Marshals Service based on the Order of Foreclosure Case No. 7:15-CV-193 (BO), dated 9/21/2020. BY CHOOSING TO BID IN THIS AUCTION YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREEING TO HONOR THEM. 1. Broker is the agent of the Seller of the property offered for sale by auction and Broker and Seller have agreed that this sale is to be conducted by including a buyer's premium of 1%,for ONLINE bidders only, upon high bid price as determined by the Broker ("Buyer's Premium"). The actual contract sales price shall be the sum of the successful high bid plus the Buyer's Premium. (Ex: High Bid of $100,000 plus 1% Buyer's Premium of $1,000 = $101,000 contract sale price.) 2.
