Leist Auctioneers acts as an agent for the seller and is not responsible for statements made by any consignor. Every effort has been made to describe and list items accurately. Mistakes can and will happen, therefor statements made day of auction take precedence over printed materials AND bidders are responsible for making their own inspections to determine quality, quantity, condition, authenticity and value. Preview and inspection opportunities are available from May 1 through October 3 from 12pm until 5pm each day, or by appointment. Some cataloged items will NOT sell onsite. Catalog available for description for onsite bidders. Details for offsite pick-up is listed under each item description. Some items located in Newaygo, and some on Beaver Island. Buyers Premium applies to all internet or absentee bids. Simulcast catalog deadline is May 2, 2018. No consignments will be accepted after 6pm on May 3. NO EXCEPTIONS.
