1. Settlement in full must be made on sale day in cash or by approved cheque and before the goods are removed from the premises. 2. Goods left not paid for or not removed from the premises on sale day may at the option of the auctioneer be resold at any subsequent sale and any deficiency charged to the purchaser. 3. Goods left on the premises may at the option of the auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may after notice to the purchaser be resold and any deficiency charged to the purchaser. 4. All goods are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and no warranty implied or otherwise exists in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale. 5. Goods "knocked down" to a purchaser lie at his/her risk immediately. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in any case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. 7. All goods are availible for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity and condition and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever. 8. Rhythm Auctions will not be held liable for goods damaged while assisting with loading. 9. N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned to legal authorities and all cost will lie at the purchaser's expense. 10. Rhythm Auctions, and their employees and staff are not liable for any injuries to any personal before, during or after the sale. All parents, guardians or adults are totally responsible for their children at all times, before during or after the sale. Rhythm Auctions does not offer a babysitting service. 11. Applicable taxes 5% GST and 7% PST will be charged on all items. 12. We are accepting cash, cheques, Debit, Visa and Mastercard for payment of your items. A 2% Buyer's Premium will be charged per lot / item on all online purchases plus a 5% Buyer's Premium will be charged per lot / item on items that are purchased for $1000 or less to all buyers. We can only do a maximum of $5000.00 per transaction on Credit Cards. 13. All items must be removed by May 3, 2018. If items are not removed by Thursday May 3, 2018 at 7pm MST a $100 storage fee will be charged per item per day. LOAD OUT HOURS Saturday APRIL 28TH, 2018 after the sale is done till 7 pm, CLOSED SUNDAY, Monday April 30, 2018 - Thursday May 3, 2018 from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. All items must be removed by May 3, 2018 at 7pm
