On-line Absentee bidding for the live auction on March 21 @9:15 am On-line bidding ends March 20 @7:30 pm 10% Internet Buyer's fee 48 hours clean out time for unit. Any items left after 48 hours are released back to facility and cleaning deposit is lost. Winning bidders will be notified via e-mail after card is charged if winning bid after the live auction is conducted. Personal items must be left at the site.(photos, tax records, military awards, birth certificates, ect) Cleaning deposit (cash) is required at location and is refunded after unit is cleaned out.. Amount depends on unit and size and is listed in item description Units may be removed from auction if tenant pays for unit prior to auction end. Location reserves the right to refuse any bids. Maximum bid entered by user will be used at live auction.
