Real Estate Auction Sales Agreement: Upon becoming the successful/winning bidder, buyer must be available immediately following the completion of the auction or seller’s acceptance of the bid to complete and execute the no contingencies "PA - Real Estate Auction Sales Agreement", as agreed to by the buyer's registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this auction. This is the same agreement of sale that is attached to and part of the terms and conditions of this auction that the buyer was required to review and agree to prior to placing a bid. The agreement of sale may be executed either in written form or electronically through a third party electronic signature service provider.
